PSALM 66

All Glory Be to God, Our King

All glory be to God, our King.

I sing with joy to praise his name.

He is for me my everything,

He sent his Son my life to claim.

REFRAIN

Sing praise to Him; sing praise to Him!

Give honor to his name.

Come now and see what God has done.

Let all the earth bow down to him.

His awesome pow’r will evil shun,

From his right hand all good does stem

REFRAIN

How awesome are the words of God.

He turned the sea into dry land.

Through waters still his people trod.

Led by the pow’r of his right hand.

REFRAIN

The Lord will put us to the test.

Stiff burdens he’ll lay on our backs.

His hand is there through all unrest.

Supplying need for what life lacks.

REFRAIN

Come to God’s house with open heart.

Fulfill your vows made in despair.

You asked he not from you depart.

Thank him with gifts and leave them there.

REFRAIN

When we God’s Word and ways pursue

His promise is to hear us pray.

He will to us his love renew.

And by our side he’ll always stay.
