PSALM 55

Free Me, Lord

Free me, Lord.

Free me from my enemies.

Hear me, Lord.

Even when I you displease.

I know you gave your Son to me

To live with you eternally.

FREE ME, LORD.  HEAR ME, LORD.

TO YOU I GIVE ME LIFE.

Trust the Lord.

He will all your burdens bear.

Your words, Lord

Of deep love I am aware.

They are my source of peace and rest.

In your presence I feel most blessed.

Rescue me, Lord.  When my friends abandon me.

Save me, Lord.  When betray’s all I see.

In you, Lord, I am well and whole.

You sent your Son to save my soul.

REFRAIN

Walk with Him.  Your faith he wants to make new.

Call on Him.  He will hear and answer you.

Then what he gives you’ll understand

Comes from a gracious Father’s hand.
