Lift up your heads to praise the King

In majesty and glorious song

The Lord has given us everything

His Son faced death to right our wrong

My Jesus came for me

Born in a stable poor

He bore my sins alone

He opened heaven’s door.

God blesses all who come to trust

And put their faith in Jesus’ gift

Whate’er he does is always just

His Spirit’s there to us uplift

Our God is one who is fair and just

He hates the wrong and loves the good.

His loving care his own can trust

Come now to Him in gratitude

God calls his Church Christ’s holy bride

She will remain his earthly throne
