PSALM 44

My Joy is in the Lord

My joy is in the Lord

He is my God and King.

Though evil brings discord

My life I’ll to Him bring

O Lord, I faithful will remain

For my joy is in the Lord.

My trust is in the Lord

He is my strength alone.

Though Satan round me roared

No harm to me he’s done.

O Lord, I faithful will remain

For my trust is in the Lord.

My faith is in the Lord

He will not let me down.

Though some deny his Word

And question what he’s done,

O Lord, I faithful will remain

For my faith is in the Lord

My love is in the Lord.

I count on Him each day.

Though some are with Him bored

I live to walk his way.
