PSALM 41

Almighty God, We Bless your Name

Almighty God, we bless your name

Your love for us remains the same

From age to age you’re at our side

And all our need you have supplied.

REFRAIN:

Blessed be the Lord; He gives his Word.

Amen.  Amen.  It shall be so.

Lord comfort us amid our foes

Remove our fears; reduce our woes

Be merciful to us this day

That we may show all the true way.

The Lord preserves us every day

He strengthens us along life’s way.

Throughout all life he’s by our side.

So trust in Him to be your guide.

You sent your Son to save us all

From curse of sin brought by the Fall

On Calv’ry’s cross his life was spent

So we might live a life content

God blesses all with life to come

The door is open to his home

One day we’ll be a resident

To ready us his Son was sent.
