PSALM 85

Blessings Abound

Blessings abound from your great store.

You, Lord, forgave us all our sin.

For us you opened heaven’s door.

You sent you Son to take us in.

He brought us back to loving you.

Your people now rejoice again.

For Jesus gave us the heavenly view.

His death removed the scourge of sin.

Mercy and peace have met in Him

We love because he once lived here.

His love for us will never dim.

He came from heaven to take us there.

His glory now fills all the land

His majesty by all is seen.

His mighty hand will take our hand

And lead us home where life’s serene.
